Industrial Maintenance Scheduler - Omaha, NE

Salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year

Shift: First

Work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Education: High School diploma required

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and maintain work order and inventory documentation in a timely manner.
• Perform general maintenance inventory and work order data entry.
• Reconcile inventory and assist with maintaining bill of materials and component costing.
• Assist with ordering parts and preparing work orders.
• Perform filing and administrative tasks.
• Conduct ongoing parts inventory checks.
• Liaise with other departments, customers, and vendors.
• Develop, implement, and document recordkeeping using current computer technology and MaintainX.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, and geometry.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Entry-level position suitable for recent high school graduates.

Working Conditions

• Work in an environmentally controlled office and warehouse setting.
• Must wear steel-toe shoes.
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to 4 hours at a time.
