Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Sales Associate to develop relationships that lead to maintenance contracts, focusing on new client opportunities and Mesa service offerings across markets.

A Maintenance Sales Associate is responsible for developing relationships that will result in the sale of maintenance contracts with existing and new clients in all vertical markets that EMCOR/Mesa is now pursuing, or any markets Mesa determines to pursue in the future. Maintenance Sales Associates will focus their efforts on developing new client relationships (clients who have no existing relationship with Mesa), informing clients about the complete maintenance opportunities, repair, replacement, service and or energy efficiency packages with the intent of selling Mesa products and services. To fully realize the sales potential within each existing or developing account.
Persons filling this position will be responsible for prospecting for new accounts, providing clients with product services/information, maintaining existing client relationships, developing sales presentations, and following through with each client and opportunity.

Compensation Range: $70,304 - $100,000 per year
