Mesa Energy Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc., provides HVAC mechanical services, including preventative maintenance and repair, upgrading existing systems for optimal efficiency.

Description

As a Maintenance Sales Associate, you will prospect for new accounts, maintain client relationships, develop sales presentations, and follow through with clients and opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Align with EMCOR Mesa’s sales philosophy and procedures.
  • Research and pursue prospective clients via phone, visits, conferences, internet, and existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to improve account programs and meet objectives.
  • Analyze and implement solutions to maximize sales growth and profitability.
  • Identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and present solutions.
  • Develop and review client proposals using company templates and pricing models.
  • Achieve sales margin and market share goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams professionally.
  • Commit to personal growth through training and development.
  • Meet annual sales targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in HVAC sales preferred.
  • Strong presentation and sales skills.
  • Financial and technical proposal experience.
  • Independent decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license and operational vehicle required.
