Responsibilities include safety orientation, incident investigations, hazard assessments, and maintaining records such as OSHA 300 logs. Strong communication with management and the corporate safety team is essential for a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience developing/safety training programs and maintaining safety records.
• Ability to audit and reinforce OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Experience coordinating incident investigations and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety orientation and ongoing training for team members.
• Monitor facility conditions and take corrective actions, including safety audits.
• Maintain OSHA logs, safety files, training docs, and permit/Loto procedures.
• Prepare safety reports and communicate needs to leadership.
• Serve as liaison with Corporate Safety and Risk Management on workers’ comp.
