Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking TheLeadTM QCC Maintenance to provide leadership to the Maintenance Technicians during shifts, acting as the first responder for equipment downtime and coordinating preventive maintenance for Quality Control Center machinery.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting downtime events, communicating with management and technical teams, guiding urgent production issues, training new staff, and maintaining records to improve production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and respond quickly to downtime issues, serving as the first responder to downtime events
• Effectively communicate between management team and technical team with regards to downtime events
• Serve as the work flow Coordinator providing guidance through urgent Production issues, triage issues and field technical questions to management regarding breakdowns and other equipment issues
• Assist with the training and orientation of new department team members
• Perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
• Assist with all aspects of new equipment installation.
• Evaluate and maintain all equipment to ensure or improve production efficiency.
• Ensure equipment adheres to all applicable safety requirements.
• Assist management in scheduling maintenance projects.
• Work with contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental records.
