Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a maintenance professional to manage routine upkeep and repairs across our community. You will handle work orders, prepare apartments for move-in, and coordinate supplies while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, maintaining disaster procedures, and assisting with daily operations. A valid driver’s license and a can-do attitude are essential. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, though general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• You have a valid driver’s license.
• You communicate clearly and positively with everyone you encounter.
• You are confident and able to work without supervision.
• You take pride in fixing things and completing projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to ready apartments prior to move-in.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, and landscaping.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and after-hours calls.
• Maintain knowledge of all emergency, safety, and disaster plans/procedures.
• Keep offices, shop, storage, and mechanical areas in compliance with policies.
• Drive residents to stores or on special trips as needed.
