Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Cincinnati is seeking a maintenance technician to handle routine upkeep and repairs to apartments and common areas. You will complete work orders, ready units for move-in, and perform diverse projects across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping while prioritizing safety and quality.

The role requires basic mechanical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant maintenance experience required (plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc)
• Clear and positive communication with everyone you encounter
• Able to work independently with a can-do attitude
• Maintain and organize maintenance supplies as needed
• Perform various general maintenance projects (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, landscaping)

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform repairs to ready apartments prior to move-in dates.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects (installations and repairs).
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure building safety and comfort.
