Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform highly diversified duties to install, address, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support business goals.
2. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs, AC/DC Drives, and motor and drive controls.
3. Participate in general maintenance duties of equipment and facilities as advised by supervisors.
4. Follow all safety procedures, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out, and adhere to safety codes such as NEC and NFPA.
5. Work with automation and instrumentation devices in support of engineering or technicians.
6. Read electrical drawings and schematics.
7. Complete project assignments in a team-based environment with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule:

4x4 schedule, 6:30 pm - 6:30 am, 12-hour night shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and automation equipment.
• Military experience and training considered in lieu of industrial experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Electrical certification.
• Associate degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Systems, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering Technologies.
• Experience with Allen Bradley ControlLogix, PLC5, SLC, Powerflex, and Kinetix products.
