• Other maintenance duties as assigned.

Overview of Role:

The Maintenance Repairer 1 position is a valuable part of the Crowley Housing Authority's organization; the main function of work is to repair and maintain housing units and buildings. Generally, duties include general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical repair, and cleaning of housing units.

This Position is located in the Public Housing Department and performs general maintenance work. The individual selected for this position will be required to serve a probationary period of 12 months minimum to 24 months maximum.
