Job summary

Do it Best is seeking a General Maintenance Repair Worker to perform maintenance and repairs across plumbing, carpentry, machine servicing, electrical repairs, installations, and vehicle servicing. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with an hourly rate of $23.00–$25.00 based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Warehouse.

• May provide estimates of time and material cost on various projects and activities.
• Requisitions supplies and equipment with appropriate approvals.
• Works with vendors to provide needed services, with approvals and within time and budget parameters.

The General Maintenance Repair Worker performs various maintenance service and repairs in several skills areas, which include, plumbing, carpentry, machine servicing, electrical repairs, installations, or vehicle servicing.

Scheduled Days: Monday through Friday

Start Time: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Hourly Rate Range: $ 23.00 - 25.00 *** based on skills and experience

Work Environment

• The work is typically active and physical in nature and requires normal accessibility to all work sites required of the position. The position may require extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is typically working in areas where air conditioning is unavailable and may be exposed to chemicals that are routinely present in the Company’s warehouse facilities.
