Maintenance Repair Technician / Industrial (2nd Shift)

Position Details

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Shift: 2nd Shift

Hourly Rate: $24.05 - $30.14 + $1.50/HR shift premium

This is a permanent position with benefits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Repair, maintain, and diagnose mechanical problems in capital equipment and facilities.
2. Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new or repaired parts following specifications and blueprints using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
3. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures in presses, equipment, plumbing, and vehicles (excluding expensive engine overhauls).
4. Lay out and assemble new machines and equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with conveyor systems.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of welding and fabricating.
• Understanding of OSHA standards and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screen.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
