Job Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Repair Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Repairing and maintaining plumbing systems
• Performing carpentry work such as building or repairing structures
• Conducting electrical work including installing fixtures and troubleshooting issues
• Painting and patching drywall as needed
• Inspecting properties for maintenance needs and completing work orders in a timely manner
• Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or repair work
• Strong knowledge and skills in plumbing, carpentry, electric work, and painting/drywall
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
