Job summary

Kellanova is seeking an MRO Supervisor at our Rome, Georgia facility to lead storeroom operations, safeguard inventory accuracy, and drive cost optimization across indirect materials.

You will partner with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and suppliers to ensure safe, reliable parts availability, manage SAP data, and generate daily reports on inventory value and KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory/leadership experience in MRO, inventory or warehouse operations in manufacturing.
• Hands-on MRO inventory and indirect materials management experience.
• Advanced SAP experience related to material management and inventory control.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience managing inventory budgets and driving cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• MRO Inventory & Storeroom Leadership – oversee daily storeroom operations, inventory accuracy, safety stock levels, cycle counts and third‑party storeroom performance.
• SAP & Data Integrity – maintain and optimize SAP master data including part descriptions, lead times, criticality, and inventory parameters.
• Purchasing & Replenishment – manage indirect material purchasing, create and release purchase requisitions, and track deliveries to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Cost & KPI Management – own inventory value targets, monitor financial KPIs, generate daily inventory and financial reports, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement & Collaboration – partner with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and vendors to support work orders, shutdowns, kitting activities, and spare parts refurbishment programs.

Have a passion for leading teams and driving inventory excellence? As a Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) Supervisor at our Rome, Georgia manufacturing facility, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of spare parts and materials that keep our equipment running safely and reliably.

What You'll Be Doing

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Hands‑on experience managing MRO inventory and indirect materials
• Advanced SAP experience related to material management and inventory control
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Experience managing inventory budgets and driving cost optimization

Compensation

The annual salary range is $75,400 - $98,910, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
