Job summary

Primetone is a fast-growing company in the property restoration, maintenance, and renovation industry, seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team.

This role supports a wide range of services, including restoration emergency services, apartment renovations, monthly hallway and common‑area painting, CAPEX projects, turf replacement and installation, flooring and carpet installation, window installation and waterproofing, glass and shower door

Qualifications

• Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction‑related work.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment renovations and unit turns.
• Complete monthly painting for property management and building hallways.
• Support CAPEX projects as assigned.
• Install and replace turf (artificial or natural).
• Paint common areas and building interiors/exteriors.
• Install and replace flooring, including carpet installation and removal.
• Perform window installation, replacement, and waterproofing.
• Glass installation and replacement.
• Shower door installation and replacement.
• Concrete repair and maintenance.
• General carpentry work.
• Reglazing services.
• Assist with basic HVAC‑related tasks (as applicable).
• General handyman and maintenance services as needed.
