The ideal candidate will contribute to day-to-day maintenance activities, while shaping a robust reliability program that supports rapid expansion and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and reliability systems for manufacturing plants.
• Ability to develop and implement a maintenance/reliability program for multiple facilities.
• Autonomy to scope, plan, and execute maintenance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance on plant equipment and processes.
• Develop and deploy a reliability program aligned with expansion plans.
• Partner with vendors on repairs and capital projects as needed.
