Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in PLC design, wiring, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance staff including Engineers and technicians.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and CI initiatives for plant assets.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and internal teams; respond to plant emergencies.
• Develop maintenance procedures compliant with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
• Assist in equipment procurement, installation, and asset management.
