Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years as Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer or related maintenance leadership role.
• 7+ years if following alternate requirements.
• Two years of experience in PLC design, wiring, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Manage maintenance staff including Engineers and technicians.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and CI initiatives for plant assets.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and internal teams; respond to plant emergencies.
• Develop maintenance procedures compliant with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
• Assist in equipment procurement, installation, and asset management.
