Job summary

Altium Packaging in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi‑disciplinary team responsible for the safe, reliable operation of hydraulic and electrical equipment used to manufacture blow‑molded containers.

You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, oversee spare parts inventory, and mentor a skilled staff to meet production schedules and quality standards while controlling maintenance spend.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a plant-wide Maintenance Manager
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering
• Injection molding or foaming experience preferred
• PLC experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical & electrical staff to perform safe maintenance
• Oversee preventive and routine maintenance to minimize downtime
• Repair or rebuild equipment to prevent breakdowns, with proper documentation
• Train and develop maintenance team
• Manage spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Improve equipment availability and advance preventive/predictive programs
