Qualifications

• 6+ years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of injection molding, blow molding and packaging equipment.
• Oversees activities of maintenance department.
• Collaborates with Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities.
• Builds and maintains world‑class maintenance teams to keep production equipment in excellent condition.
• Oversees outside contractors for installations and projects at the facility.
• Interfacing with other departments to meet customer deadlines.
