Job summary

CT Polymers, LLC. in Bourbon, IN is seeking a Plant Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead extrusion and compounding maintenance, oversee budgets, and drive uptime. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in manufacturing with ISO 9001 experience, hands-on control of complex systems, and strong vendor, budget, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with ISO 9001 experience.
• Proven leadership of maintenance teams and budget management.
• Hands-on mastery of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, especially extrusion.
• Proficient with MaintainX or similar CMMS and MS Office.
• Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering or Millwright credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance using MaintainX.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships and quotes.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety audits.
• Develop SOPs and maintain precise technical records.
• Own maintenance budget and parts inventory, and procure equipment.
