Job summary

Maintenance & Reliability Manager position in Grand Rapids, MI, leads maintenance and TPM initiatives for a nationally recognized manufacturing company. Shift is 1st shift (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm), Monday-Friday, with oversight of a maintenance team and capital projects.

Required are strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC skills, CMMS experience (SAP preferred), and a background in food or pharma manufacturing. This role emphasizes hands-on TPM leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Reliability and maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing teams of 20–40 employees.
Experience managing and executing capital projects.
Hands-on TPM program implementation and maintenance.
CMMS experience; SAP preferred.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC background.
Food or Pharma industry experience required.
Relevant Degree is a plus.
