Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations within our facility in Texas. You will oversee a team of technicians and contractors, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, and drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across all machinery.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus hands-on leadership and experience with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA or relevant safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team, including technicians and contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of parts and services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
