Job summary

PSI in Dallas, Texas, seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee all facility maintenance and drive reliability. You will plan, coordinate, and direct maintenance personnel and resources to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with production and engineering to schedule preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires leadership and strategic planning in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, including training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and schedule maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, parts procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis of maintenance data.
