See's Candies, a long-standing confectionery leader, seeks a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead reliability initiatives across production and facility assets in our South San Francisco site. You will drive TPM, predictive maintenance, and CMMS-driven planning to maximize OEE and minimize downtime.

You will manage maintenance teams, collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety, and own capital projects and budgets.

Formación

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS, PM programs, and maintenance planning.
• Safety and GMP knowledge in food manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems.
• Develop reliability-based maintenance strategies using preventive, predictive, condition-based, and planned maintenance.
• Lead TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage capital projects, equipment installations, upgrades, and contractor oversight.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and maintenance performance metrics to drive reliability improvements.
