Job summary

See's Candies in Burlingame, California, is looking for a Maintenance Manager to co-develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance and reliability program aimed at optimizing production. You will lead teams, manage budget, and ensure the best practices are utilized to maintain equipment reliability.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or management, a strong background in maintenance management, and preferably bi-lingual skills in Spanish and/or Cantonese. The position offers a compensation range of $90k-$115k annually with additional benefits.

• Background in food processing and packaging preferred.
• Experience in managing people effectively.

• Lead plant maintenance programs for operational excellence.
