Job summary

voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak LLC in Pueblo, Colorado, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department and develop a proactive reliability strategy focused on equipment uptime, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement.

You will drive safety and quality programs, manage CMMS-based planning, and collaborate with operations to optimize asset performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience using CMMS for planning, scheduling and reliability improvement.
• Knowledge of TPM, RCA, FMEA, RCM and condition-based monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and ensure safe working practices across maintenance staff.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR and PM compliance; manage maintenance backlog.
• Plan and execute maintenance with production to maximize availability and throughput.
• Manage budgets and drive cost-effective repairs and capital improvements.
