Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Reliability Tech Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise staff and contractors, and assist in troubleshooting within the plant. This role requires coordinating work orders, ensuring safety standards, and driving improvements across maintenance activities.

The position focuses on maintaining equipment reliability, implementing TPM/CMMS workflows, and training technicians to operate with high safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Supervise staff and assign workloads in maintenance.

• Experience with maintenance work orders and TPM systems.
• Ability to train technicians and uplift competency.
