Qualifications

• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, conveyors, and automated equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in production equipment.
• Lead corrective actions to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Support capital improvement projects including installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment history.
