Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical education and an evident drive to expand capabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with attention to detail.
• Experience with automation equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel <5% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers in developing, testing, and refining manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain production equipment.
• Identify and resolve mechanical or process-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Record operational data such as cycle times, scrap rates, and machine performance.
• Assist in inspections, audits, and validation of parts and processes to ensure compliance with automotive industry standards.
• Update and maintain process instructions, equipment logs, and technical reports to ensure accurate and current records.
• Troubleshoots assembly equipment and related faults to reduce line downtime and scrap.
