Sterling Pharma Solutions Limited is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to drive improvements in equipment reliability and performance in a GMP environment. The role involves investigating failures, documenting root causes, and leading small to medium projects including equipment refurbishments and system upgrades.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (chemical, mechanical or electrical), at least 1 year of GMP exposure, and proficiency with CAD
The Maintenance Reliability Engineer is accountable for driving results in a fast-paced environment by investigating, documenting and presenting solutions to internal equipment issues. The Maintenance Reliability Engineer will possess strong technical writing skills, the ability to perform investigations to find root cause of and generate actions to remediate repetitive failures or improve equipment or process performance. The Maintenance Reliability Engineer will take the lead on some small to medium-scale projects. Project types include to improve computer-based systems, equipment refurbishment or upgrades, and other facility-related improvements. The position requires superior leadership behaviors of Sterling's core competencies and non-negotiables, as well as expertise in functional competencies included in this position profile.
