Sterling Pharma Solutions in Wisconsin is hiring a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to drive root-cause investigations, document findings and present actionable solutions for equipment issues. You will lead small to medium projects, refurbishments, or upgrades of computer-based systems, and ensure compliance with cGMP and training requirements.
The role demands strong technical writing, collaboration with engineers and technicians, and the ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
The Maintenance Reliability Engineer is accountable for driving results in a fast-paced environment by investigating, documenting and presenting solutions to internal equipment issues. The Maintenance Reliability Engineer will possess strong technical writing skills, the ability to perform investigations to find root cause of and generate actions to remediate repetitive failures or improve equipment or process performance. The Maintenance Reliability Engineer will take the lead on some small to medium-scale projects. Project types include to improve computer-based systems, equipment refurbishment or upgrades, and other facility-related improvements. The position requires superior leadership behaviors of Sterling’s core competencies and non-negotiables, as well as expertise in functional competencies included in this position profile.
