Job summary

AdvanSix in Virginia is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to partner with maintenance, reliability, and maintenance excellence groups to drive asset reliability through the asset risk management process and the maintenance/operations work management program.

You will schedule area maintenance in SAP, coordinate contractor work with production, monitor safety and regulatory compliance, track KPI performance, and mentor shift leaders and engineers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
• 3+ years in maintenance coordination or planning in chemical manufacturing.
• 3+ years working with pumps, conveyors, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule area maintenance needs and coordinate SAP notifications.
• Coordinate contractor work with production and maintenance planning.
• Ensure compliance with PSM/ISO requirements and safety standards.
• Monitor KPI performance and mentor shift leaders and engineers.
