Zentis North America, located in Plymouth, Indiana, seeks a Maintenance Production Electrician to troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and automation, diagnose controls problems, and perform preventive maintenance on critical equipment. We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Production Electrician who enjoys troubleshooting electrical systems, working with automation and controls, and solving complex equipment challenges in a modern manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Production Electrician, you'll play a critical role in supporting our production operations by:

• Troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems and production equipment
• Diagnosing electrical, controls, and automation issues to minimize downtime
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment
• Working with PLC-controlled systems, motor controls, sensors, drives, and instrumentation
• Installing, maintaining, and improving electrical systems from 24V to 480V
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Maintaining facility electrical infrastructure and support systems
• Collaborating with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable electrical codes and company standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade school certification in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field

Technical Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial electrical systems
• Experience working with 24V, 120V, 240V, and 480V systems
• Knowledge of PLC systems, including Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley (Rockwell)
• Experience with:
• Motor controls
• VFDs and starters
• Sensors and instrumentation
• Electrical distribution systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical drawings
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP

Physical Requirements

• Work in manufacturing environments that may be hot, cold, or humid
• Occasionally work in confined or difficult-to-access areas

• Work at heights up to 30 feet when necessary

• 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM or
• 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
