Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and electrical systems.


• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.


• Complete a variety of electrical maintenance tasks.


• Maintain building systems and facility equipment.


• Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and technical documents.


• Help minimize downtime and support a safe, productive work environment.


• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school experience is a plus.


• Associate degree preferred.


• At least 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.


• Knowledge of electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V.


• Experience with PLCs and controls, including Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley Rockwell.


• Knowledge of motors, motor controls, and electrical components.


• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and equipment manuals.


• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP.


• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• A team player with good communication and people skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift equipment and parts weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Comfort working in tight or awkward spaces when making repairs.


• Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet.


• Willingness to work in both hot and cold environments.

Work Schedule

Swing Shift - 2-2-3 Schedule Day shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Night shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
