Job summary

Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance III worker to perform essential upkeep across our facility, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks. You will be responsible for repairs, cleaning, and ensuring buildings are tidy and functional, reporting to the Director of Facilities.

This role requires self-motivation, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed, including event setups and bus driving as a backup.

Qualifications

• Experience with general building maintenance and trades is desirable.
• Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Familiarity with safety policies, and ability to drive a bus as a backup if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential upkeep and preventative maintenance across the facility.
• Address leaks, wiring, and basic repairs to ensure safe, functional buildings.
• Assist with event setup/breakdown, groundskeeping, and routine cleaning.
• Operate work orders and coordinate with the Director of Facilities for priorities.
• Attend mandatory meetings and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
