Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to building interiors and exteriors.
• Address plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues within training level.
• Patch drywall, paint, and perform surface repairs as needed.
• Coordinate materials and time estimates; notify management of contractor needs.
• Operate CMMS to track work orders and provide updates.
• Travel between Rosecrance facilities to perform duties.
• Assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep as required.
• Provide professional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
