StorageMart | MMS is seeking a Maintenance Porter in New York City to help keep our facility safe, clean, and presentable for customers daily.

You will perform indoor and outdoor cleaning, basic repairs, and support seasonal needs, with shifts around 6:45 AM to 10:30 PM and 8.5-hour blocks. A reliable, detail-oriented team player with good communication thrives here.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior).
• Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks.
• Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs.

Pay: $18.60 per hour (full-time)

About the Position:

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)
• Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks
• Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs.

Schedule:

• 8.5-hour shifts (30-min break)
• Hours vary between 6:45 AM – 10:30 PM, including some mornings, evenings, or weekends

Qualifications:
