Job summary

LAZ Parking in Houston is seeking a Maintenance Porter to keep garages and surface lots clean and safe while delivering friendly service to customers.

You will perform general maintenance, assist with snow removal, operate floor equipment, greet customers, and support cashiering as needed. This role offers paid training, uniform issued, and growth opportunities with an employee-first employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience with general facility maintenance.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garages and surface lots daily.
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance (sweeping, trash, surfaces, lighting).
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep.
• Operate garage/floor sweeper and scrubber as needed.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and communicate with staff.
• Assist with cashiering tasks as needed.
