Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and stay alert for entire shift.
• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate clearly.
• Assist with upkeep of grounds, lobby, hallways, elevators and exterior/interior spaces.
• Perform snow removal and puddle duties in winter; lay rain mats as needed.
• Remove trash from common areas and exterior perimeters daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Report maintenance concerns and assist with work orders as required.
• Overtime may be required for emergencies and safety rules must be followed.
• Relief coverage of lobby; operate service elevator after training; answer phones.
