Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen is seeking a Maintenance/Pool Technician to work with the Maintenance Manager on keeping our center in top condition. You will oversee 8 pools, monitor chemical levels, temperatures, cleanliness, and overall function, and report on the facility’s status daily.

Candidates with 1–3 years in facilities maintenance, knowledge of basic electrical, HVAC, water treatment and boilers, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in maintenance department of a facility.
• Knowledge of facility operation including basic maintenance, electricity, HVAC, water treatment, and boilers.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee detailed maintenance of 8 pools, including chemical levels, temperatures, cleanliness and function.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues in the facility.
• Support the team to comply with the Annual Maintenance Plan.
• Keep stock organized and assist Maintenance Manager with stock control.
• Provide regular reports to the Maintenance Manager about the facility's state.
• Perform daily checklists and submit reports for revision.
