Job summary

National Airlines in Orlando, FL seeks a Supervisor of Maintenance Planning to oversee maintenance planning activities ensuring aircraft safety and regulatory compliance. You will maintain inspection programs, update manuals and task cards, and incorporate ADs and manufacturer requirements.

The role requires supervising a team of Maintenance Programs staff, coordinating updates to bring aircraft onto certificate, and ensuring timely execution of plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field; and/or equivalent education and work experience.
• Effective communication at all levels of the organization.
• FAA mechanic certificate with A&P ratings preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and apply Airworthiness Directives and CFR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance planning activities to support aircraft safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inspection program tasks and update manuals and task cards.
• Incorporate FAA ADs and manufacturer requirements into programs.
• Supervise Maintenance Programs staff and review program updates for aircraft coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
