Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and vocational/technical experience, or equivalent work experience in maintenance/engineering.
• 2-4 years' relevant experience in maintenance/planning or related field.
• Expert in department-specific software, databases, and spreadsheets; strong understanding of power maintenance/plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work to support plant productivity.
• Assess priority of maintenance requests and determine staffing resources.
• Develop work scopes, budgets, and material lists for maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with management to ensure backlogs are managed and repairs are aligned with operations.
