Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in technical field or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to understand and follow both simple and complex instructions; read gauges/instruments.
• Good mathematical skills and understanding of planning (electrical, mechanical, facilities).
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve work order documentation within plant maintenance systems (PM/PdM/CM).
• Assist in executing maintenance windows.
• Conduct field assessments to determine job scope, materials, labor, equipment, and sequencing.
• Estimate labor hours and resources for maintenance activities.
• Prepare job plans, schematics, material lists, tool requirements, and safety documentation.
• Develop and maintain labor standards for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate procurement of spare parts to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and update maintenance systems and scheduled work orders.
