Job summary

Chemours in Louisville, KY is seeking a Production Maintenance Coordinator to align maintenance and production, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, and optimize reliability. You will coordinate daily schedules, resources, and communications, and serve as a liaison between Production and Maintenance.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years in maintenance coordination in a chemical manufacturing environment, with proficiency in SAP work management and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in maintenance coordination within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SAP work management and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance planning and scheduling in collaboration with Operations.
• Convert maintenance notifications into work orders and track backlogs including PM items.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and ensure data quality in SAP for work history and reporting.
• Coordinate pre-turnaround activities and assist in turnaround planning and execution.
• Identify risks, participate in root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
