Job summary

The Chemours Company in Louisville, KY is seeking a Production Maintenance Coordinator to join our operations team. You will coordinate daily maintenance schedules, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and act as the liaison between Production and Maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.

This role requires strong planning, communication, and data management skills, with experience in SAP and WMP a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in maintenance coordination within a chemical manufacturing environment including experience with Work Management Processes (WMP).
• Proficiency with SAP work management and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple, time-sensitive activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily and weekly maintenance planning and scheduling meetings with Operations to maximize labor efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Convert maintenance notifications into work orders; review, authorize, and track backlog including monthly PM items.
• Set work order priorities and develop detailed maintenance schedules; coordinate LOTO communications and decontamination.
• Maintain proactive communication with Production and Maintenance teams; escalate critical tasks as needed.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to site safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
