Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach skilled trades and maintenance personnel in asset management.
• Optimize maintenance and production processes using Maintenance Operating System.
• Develop and lead projects from initiation through completion.
• Support New Model Launch activities.
• Identify system constraints and reduce interruptions in production flow.
