Job summary

NRG Ironwood Generating Station in Lebanon, PA seeks a full-time Maintenance Planner & Supervisor to develop work packages, plan outages, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. You’ll supervise day-shift maintenance staff, ensure safety compliance, and interface with operations to optimize reliability and efficiency.

The role requires strong planning and communication skills, experience with turbine plants, and proficiency with SAP, MS Project, and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
• 1–3 years in maintenance planning or supervision.
• Experience with Siemens turbines, HRSGs, and related systems.
• Knowledge of SAP for planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Maintenance personnel during day shift.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities and create work packages.
• Coordinate with Operations to determine project conditions and lockout/tagout.”
• Develop complete work order packages with drawings, instructions and material lists.
• Use SAP to craft detailed plans and track progress.
• Coordinate outages and major projects with plant management.
