Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in production maintenance; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3 years of experience in equipment and electrical maintenance in corrugated manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, mechanical and safety skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance with service, scheduling and production teams to optimize downtime.
• Plan time, parts, and personnel to meet maintenance and production needs.
• Prepare weekly schedules, inspections, outages, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Inspect ongoing jobs and adjust plans as needed to control downtime.
• Prepare reports on workload, backlog, delays, and equipment history.
• Coordinate outside contractors and OEM support; manage vendor relationships.
