Job summary

Titan Florida, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner for the Medley, FL plant. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and optimizing maintenance work through the CMMS, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

You will develop annual and weekly maintenance schedules, coordinate with production, and lead scheduling meetings to align priorities and resources. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of maintenance planning, work order management, project management, and scheduling experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, machine drawings, and process drawings.
• Ability to create sketches and redline existing drawings when required.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and functional areas.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Project and MS Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plan Work Orders: Administer CMMS; ensure work orders are generated, planned, and closed with preventive maintenance and plant inspections.
• Build & Manage Knowledge: Create a knowledge base to enhance job plans and share it with the maintenance team.
• Support CMMS: Utilize CMMS for performance monitoring, KPI reporting, and Maintenance Master Plan.
• Long Term Planning: Prepare annual/bi-annual maintenance schedules for major equipment and plant areas with budgets.
• Monthly/Weekly Planning: Develop monthly and weekly maintenance schedules; coordinate with production.
• Daily planning: Prepare daily activities with tasks, resources, and safety details.
• Collect Pre-Requisites: Maintain planned backlog, master plan, and resource confirmation.
• Lead Scheduling Meetings: Validate priorities and equipment availability with multiple functions.
• Create Schedules: Assign tasks to teams/contractors with timelines and resource checks.
• Monitor Tasks and Feedback: Track progress and adjust schedules as needed.
