Job Description
General Statement of Responsibilities: Maintains the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Performs administrative duties for the CMMS, contractor management for PM/PDM activities, work order tracking, & historical reporting. Directs and executes the site's proactive maintenance program.
Essential Duties (Other duties may be assigned as necessary):
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Computer Science, or Math or related discipline or a two-year technical degree with the appropriate experience. Prefer three to five years experience in a manufacturing environment; however, a combination of experience and education will be considered. General knowledge of related business functions required.
Experience: Must have experience with computers; ability to use and understand CMMS software; experience with the use of MS Excel, Word, or equivalent software; experience with budget control and purchasing interaction; project/contractor management; experience with equipment operation/functions for maintenance planning purposes.
Skills: Skilled with computers and data interpretation/reporting. Good time management skills. Understands the importance of deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be assertive/persistent with vendors/contractors as needed. Knowledge of production equipment and preventive/predictive maintenance tools. Must be organized and keep good historical records. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to lead a small group of people to complete a task.
Starting Wage: Base starting wage is $48,000 - $55,000/annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to: job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At NTN, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
