Job summary

You will work with engineers and operators to upgrade equipment, analyze failure data, and drive process improvements using CMMS tools and data-driven methods. Strong SAP and Excel skills are essential for success in daily planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years prior related experience in maintenance/reliability planning & scheduling in a GMP/USDA regulated area.
• 1 year SAP experience.
• 1 year maintenance experience.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create planned weekly maintenance work schedules including preventative maintenance; list of planned work orders; and resource requirements.
• Plan manpower and prioritize trade resources based on Manufacturing, Scheduling, and Facilities Maintenance input.
• Data analysis/mining: Analyze failure data, cost data, PM schedule adjustments, Predictive Maintenance tool trends, and generate reports.
• Report out on key Maintenance Metrics: Planned work completed; Preventative Maintenance Compliance; Breakdown Work; Backlog Hours; etc
• Coordinate major Maintenance jobs involving contractors, multiple parties and planned outages
• Maintain and manage Maintenance Work Order backlog
• Manage the Preventive Maintenance program
• Update and maintain Preventative Maintenance frequency and content using CMMS data and work order/Technician feedback
• Complete kitting for all planned work orders including verifying parts, prints and procedures
• Participate in various projects and process improvement teams
• Train members on new maintenance processes
• Report issues as needed
• Complete all other duties as assigned
